Social media marketing strategy

I recently launched my website - http://www.imindersingh.com after a year of working on it on and off. I'm a full time software engineer but from a young age have been into art and have done watercolours/poetry over the last several years. I've created this site so that I can share my work and allow people to purchase my art. I've had a social media presence for some time, but because it's not my bread and butter, and because generally I'm not too great at keeping up on social media, my growth and interaction has been stagnent for some time. Now that I've launched my site I don't want to fall into the same trap.

I need someone to give me advice on a strategy/plan which will be right for me. I work full time so this is something which I can't dedicate 100% of my time to, but I want to dedicate time to it so I'm consistent in sharing and interacting so that I can grow my art and bring in more purchases.
