Social Media Marketing + PPC Advertising - ARABIC MANDATORY

We are looking for a social media marketing specialist (or small agency) with good experience and knowledge of marketing in the Gulf states, and North Africa. Initially you will design strategic brand messaging material (must have content creation experience) and then devise social media campaigns and PPC (Adwords) campaigns to support our objectives. Content will be in Arabic, English and possibly French - No Google Translating allowed. Only native speakers who understand the culture.

We prefer to work with one specialist across all these markets, on a retainer basis per month. The initial term would be 3 months. The contract may be extended to a full-time employment or outsourced position.
