Summary
The Sacred Inclusion Network is seeking a passionate and experienced social media marketing professional to help us expand our reach. We are a non-denominational spiritual community focused on creating connection, supporting personal growth, and aligning individual purpose with the planet’s evolving needs. For three to four years, we have nurtured an active private social network and hosted online events centered on spiritual exploration, inclusion, and community building. Learn more at https://sacredinclusion.com
.
We are now preparing to launch our private social network as a paid annual subscription service, and we need your expertise to promote this offering and support our event marketing. Our ideal partner is a solo freelancer or small provider with genuine interest in spirituality, community building, and mission-driven work—someone who can bring both strategy and hands-on execution.
This is a long-term, part-time role for someone who wants to make a meaningful contribution. We host 8–12 online, donation-based events per year on topics such as impermanence, sacred conversations, and inclusion. Your work will help us reach new audiences, deepen engagement, and launch our subscription service.
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Develop a social media plan that increases awareness, promotes events, and drives subscriptions.
Event Promotion: Create and execute campaigns for our 8–12 annual events, with engaging posts, graphics (or coordination with designers), and audience interaction before, during, and after events.
Subscription Launch: Support the launch of our paid subscription service with a clear strategy, content that highlights membership value, and targeted social outreach.
Community Engagement: Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster meaningful conversations.
Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance, report on key metrics, and make recommendations for improvement.
Ideal Candidate
Experience with Non-Profits or Community Organizations: You understand the needs of mission-driven groups and have proven results in similar roles.
Social Media Expertise: Skilled in content creation, campaign management, and analytics across major platforms.
Excellent Communication: Able to craft authentic, compelling content suited to different platforms.
Strategic + Hands-On: Comfortable developing big-picture strategy and managing day-to-day execution.
Aligned with Our Mission: Genuine interest in spirituality, personal development, and inclusive communities.
Reliable and Self-Motivated: Organized, communicative, and able to work independently.
Project Details
Project Type: Long-term collaboration.
Time Commitment: ~5–7 hours per week, depending on event timing and launch phases.
Budget: Monthly retainer of $500 (approx. $20–$25/hr). We are open to beginning with a paid trial project, such as a social media audit and one-month content plan in the $150–$300 range.
What We Value: We prefer working with a solo provider or small team that offers personalized attention and mission alignment. A complimentary interview or consultation is appreciated to ensure a good fit.
Screening Questions
Portfolio & Testimonials: Please include a link to your portfolio and any relevant examples, especially work with non-profits or spiritual communities.
Experience with Non-Profits: Describe your work with mission-driven or community-based organizations. What were your key accomplishments and metrics of success?
Event Promotion & Community Building: Share your approach to promoting events and growing online communities, with specific strategies and results.
Prove-It Task: Are you open to a paid trial? What initial task would you propose to demonstrate your skills? Include your suggested budget.
Budget Feedback: Does the $500 monthly retainer align with your expectations? If not, what do you propose?
Complimentary Consultation: Are you willing to offer a free interview or consultation before we begin working together?
