Social Media Marketing help

We currently have a website selling mobility equipment. We would like help to market the website effectively via social media and drive some more relavent traffic to our site. We have a twitter and facebook account so we would like to start with these 2 initially. It would be ideal if we could manage the 2 accounts together to save time on posts etc.
The project is to get the ball rolling for us as far as starting and managing the marketing campaign for a month or so. Hold our hands and show us how to market to our demographic so that in a month or two we may continue the marketing ourselves.
