Social media marketing

I have 3 separate businesses and am looking for a social media marketing plan for each - specifically for LinkedIn Groups (which to join and post content to) . I can send you the websites for each of the 3 businesses and you can provide me the best marketing plan. I dont need you to do the work - just to put together the plan and ideas and LinkedIn Groups.

With Google+ being eliminated in 3 months - we want the best possible social media marketing tactics.
