Social Media Manager

Hi,
I am looking for a superstar social media manager to manage our FB, Twitter and Instagram pages.
I am looking for:
- someone that will get an understanding of our audience
- creative content ideas
- posts and content that resonate with our audience
- posts and content that build our brand and enhance our reputation
- build our following, grow our email marketing list, generation of enquiries and leads
- quality over content - I don't necessarily want posts every day, but would rather have less quality posts that are engaging

We already have:

Twitter 1000 followers
IG 160

We're a photography related B2C business and we have lots and lots of good pictures to share.

Looking for an ongoing relationship with someone over the long term.
