Hi there,
I’m Studio Director at a full-service creative agency based in the UK. One of our clients is a recruitment agency whose primary marketing focus is to recruit graduates for their internal graduate programme. As their target demographic is Millennial / Gen Z, the tone of voice is fun and light-hearted whilst remaining professional.
I have been managing the company’s social media for the past two years, however we now need to outsource this as I no longer have the capacity.
The job consists of creating and scheduling daily posts across their social platforms (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram). I will be directing the long-term strategy and suggesting campaigns, however I’d like someone who can come up with ideas and get involved in the bigger picture.
The types of content that is posted is:
- Original content i.e. graphic assets
- Photos provided by the client (staff, successes, day-to-day etc.)
- Sharing of company blog articles
- Sharing of articles from other sources (advice, news etc.)
- GIFs
Requirements:
- Excellent spelling and grammar
- Understanding of / ability to connect with a young, graduate demographic
- Examples of previous work (if not on your profile, please provide)
Budget is £300 for someone who will create their own graphic assets, or £200 if we need to provide them.
This is an ongoing monthly job.
