Social media management

I run a small proactive uk firm of accountants.

I need assistance running the social media. Namely Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+.

I require the following: -

1. 3 Twitter posts per day
2. 2 on all other media
3. Interaction. To include hunting out users looking for accountants as well as replying to comments.
4. Growth in followers and likes. I'm not focused on numbers as good quality uk ones are better than lots of overseas.
5. Use of relevant #'s
6. Anything else that you think is relevant

Postings should be aimed at uk small business. So an understanding of this is vital. I don't expect high powered tax planning posts but a general mix of relevant accounting news, small business news and promotion of my website.

I will consider all bids but I should imagine that uk users would be best suited to this job.
