Social Media Management

I am looking for someone based in the UK ONLY to promote and manage my social media pages for a start-up business with a planned launch in 3 weeks. I have most of the content but want to make sure it's done professionally. Please bear in mind this is a start-up business so funds are tight but it could lead to an ongoing project as we grow in popularity. Love to hear from anyone who loves this kind of work. Thanks
