Social Media Growth & Reels Specialist for Family Brand

I run a Scottish family days-out brand and website helping parents discover attractions, activities and places to visit across Scotland.

I’m looking for a freelancer who can help grow our Instagram and TikTok presence through better strategy, stronger short-form content and ongoing optimisation.

This is NOT simply a graphic-design or scheduling role.

We already have:

* a large bank of attraction information and guides
* existing imagery
* some video clips
* seasonal content
* a designer who has produced good social content for us
* plenty of ideas

The problem is that, despite having good content, we are not currently gaining enough reach, followers or traction.

I therefore need someone who understands organic social growth and can help turn what we already have into content that gets watched, saved, shared and followed.

I’m particularly interested in someone who can:

* Develop a clear Instagram/TikTok growth strategy
* Identify content formats most likely to reach Scottish parents
* Create or direct strong Reels/TikToks
* Improve hooks, pacing, captions and calls to action
* Turn supplied photos, attraction information and limited footage into engaging short-form content
* Develop repeatable content series and ideas
* Review performance data and adjust what we do
* Spot trends, seasonal opportunities and relevant collaborations
* Help build genuine engagement and audience growth

Example content themes include:

* 5 free family days out near Glasgow
* rainy-day ideas for toddlers
* family days out under £20
* new places for kids
* save-this-for-the-weekend content
* attraction comparisons by age, weather, budget or journey time

Important: I cannot personally visit and film every attraction in Scotland.

The right person should therefore be comfortable creating engaging Reels/TikToks from supplied:

* photos
* existing clips
* attraction information
* maps
* text
* motion graphics
* captions
* occasional third-party footage where we have permission to use it

I’m not looking for artificial follower growth, bought engagement or vanity metrics. I care about genuine organic growth, relevant reach, saves, shares, profile visits, followers and website traffic.

UK-based is preferred. Scotland is a bonus, but the right skillset matters more than location.

I’m open to:

* wider social-media management if the fit is right
