Social media campaign for Intensive English Summer Courses

Hi, I am looking for a social media manager that will help me promote Intensive English Summer Courses for adults on social media, such as Insta, Whatsapp and possibly FB. The intensive course involves teaching English but about different topics such as intimacy, loneliness, addiction and happiness, so I need someone who is sensitive to these subjects and enjoys psychology. It would also to find someone who is able to connect with the concept and someone who has a cheeky sense of humour which can be shown in the posts. It is also important to have someone who is good with English spelling and grammar because we are an English language school. I am an English teacher and have been trying to manage it myself but the posts are not reaching anyone and I am not getting any engagement. Obviously I want people to sign up for the courses asap! I am based in Spain and am happy to have online students from all over Europe ideally, but it would be good if I could find someone who also knows the Spanish market and understands Spanish and knows where to post these ads, for the sake of hashtags etc. I also have a website, so things are set up, it is more about creating posts and getting them to the right people. The project will be starting asap and run for 2 or 3 months as a trial run.
