Set up of social media accounts Instagram and Facebook for new clothing company

We are a small jewellery company who are expanding our range to include ladies ethically produced artisan silk dresses and hand stitched recycled silk jackets, scarves etc and need help setting up Instagram and Facebook and getting us some initial followers and thereafter do us some weekly work (to be confirmed but perhaps 2 hours per week with some postings scattered over the week).

We will have a new website for the clothing range and we also have professional outdoor model shots to get started....
