SEO & Social Media Manager for fashion e-commerce brand

I am looking for an experienced Social Media and SEO guru to help me launch a new fashion brand. The target market is 30-40 year old cool, funky and hip millennial with a vast interest in fashion, DJs, music and travel. Therefore, it's imperative you have experience in running social media campaigns for these industries and can show proven results in audience growth and social reach.


Requirements:

Strategy: To create a buzz around the brand on IG including audience building and customer list building for the launch (website is due to go live in 10-14 days). Other avenues include competitions and sponsored posts pre-launch. Our aim is to build up IG for 2 weeks before the launch (stock arriving and we can start selling online), once we have the stock, the email list will already include a list of pre-orders and interested followers.

Platform: Later or Planoly (we have accounts with both) and you will only be required to schedule for 1 week in advance so no daily management will be necessary. I will be looking after daily IG management as well as responding to any messages etc. You will however be required to continue to increase the following and working on the SM strategy.

Number of posts: 2 posts per day x 7 days a week on IG only (automatic posts to FB) - after a few weeks we will move to 1 post a day based on figures.

IG Stories: 2/3 stories a week around the brand, launch, competitions, giveaways, discounts etc

Audience building: Target micro + macro influencers as well as: Music industry people, DJs, travel bloggers, fashion influencers


Our aim:
To be able to get an organic customer list from IG Strategy pre-launch, increase followers and have a list of pre-orders before the site goes live. I am also open to new ideas on this!


What your proposal should include?
I dont have a big budget to work with on this as it is a very new brand. Please send a proposal/ on what you think it would cost to get the brand off the ground + monthly management. I have the social content competitor research/hashtag research. However I am sure there is a fair bit more to be done. Mainly we need to get the product in the right hands ie micro influencers, DJs.

IMPORTANT: Please send your proposal for 1 month only (4 weeks) to include 7-14 days of pre-launch and 2 weeks of SM management. I will be managing the IG account in terms of answering questions and communicating daily. So you will just need to help with strategy and growing followers. After 4 weeks, we will reevaluate the performance and hopefully will be able to continue with monthly SM Management.
