SEO and SMO requirement for website

I need someone to provide an SEO analysis report on our e-commerce website. We want to have first page Google ranking without relying on PPC. We will also require you to carry out SEO and SMO work for at least 6 months.

1.We’ll want you to rectify/suggest solutions for addressing the issues present on our site for
making them Search Engine friendly.
2.We’ll want you to start an inbound link campaign using a list of existing/suggested keywords.
3.We’ll want you to start an inbound link building campaign using a variety of methods such as
social bookmarking, blog, article, info-graphics, image sharing, GIF creations, social
media promotions (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) for increasing online
visibility and massive recognition.
