Require a business facebook page & some creative ideas for my twitter account

Hello,

I have a small start-up business (1mnth old) and now looking to concentrate on promoting my business via social media channels. I require a creative facebook page that packs a punch & reflects my business to a tee. I have already set up my twitter account but now need some assistance with correctly positioning this, as well as some creative ideas for business promotion.

I will only welcome proposals from persons who have prior experience of this type of work & who can provide me with examples/portfolio that reflect this.

I had a previous hourlie who let me down & wasted over a week so only serious persons need reply pls.
