I have created a new business that offers local listings for businesses within the area. I am looking for someone to hit the ground running with the main tasks below for social media marketing.

1) Create all main social media accounts and ads for facebook, IG, pininterest, Google ads, other?
2) Create a business profile for Linkedin
3) Create and update the blogging profiles based on places of interest in the area and promote some of the categories such as nice coffee houses, great places to eat out etc, Important we get the traffic to the website so I can show potential clients the analytics to the website, this will encourage a client to signing up and listing their business.

4) Newsletter sign up, that can go out every 2 weeks to entice customers maybe?

Other ideas to draw clients in?

This will be a 3 month trial, based on targets and success and will pay a fixed fee. if you do marketing then I will offer a commission of £25.00 per sign up on top of the fee and for the higher packages then

5) I am also offering a social media manage package to clients, therefore there can be extra income from that once the business is established.

The fee below is fixed and then commission if able to get a sign up by marketing or reaching out to clients but the main requirement is social media marketing and influencing traffic to the website.
