Podcast Growth Consultant — Teach Us the System

Project Description
We’re hiring a Podcast Growth Consultant to teach our team a repeatable, brand-safe system to grow Spotify followers for a 15–20 min, no-hype startup discovery show. This is a 4-week knowledge-transfer sprint — not a done-for-you campaign. The focus is on frameworks, attribution, and clear reporting.
Scope (knowledge transfer only)
Design an organic growth framework our team can run in-house
Set up attribution basics: UTMs + SmartLinks and a simple weekly report
Propose content-level tests to improve completion rate
Provide a prioritized 30-day channel plan for follower growth (with assumptions)
Deliverables
Written framework (DOC/PDF) + UTM template + 1 SmartLink example
Weekly report schema (CSV/Sheet) with columns:

Two test cards (each with hypothesis, micro-metric, win/loss rule)
Must-haves
Proven podcast growth experience (please include examples/metrics)
Hands-on with UTMs/GA4 and SmartLinks (e.g., Branch or Bitly+GA4)
Policy-safe tactics only (no fake plays/ratings, no guaranteed charts)
Proposal questions (required)
30-day plan: Which single channel would you prioritize for followers (not just plays)? Include a ballpark follower delta and your key assumptions (cadence, CTR, click→open %, follow proxy).
Attribution stack: Share your UTM template and one SmartLink example; explain how you’d report weekly.
Completion uplift: Two tests to add ≥ +5 pp completion (hypothesis, micro-metric, win/loss rule).
