OSINT APPLICATION

I need an intel software expert to develop an open source application with report and integration of third parties API from this https://www.kdnuggets.com/software/social-network-analysis.html and others that may be required during discussion. This Application will run in windows desktop for phase one and may be replicated in other OS in Phase two. It will have a colourful and interactive display with flash messages. Should give room for future modifications. It will be customised for our own private use and hosted in our infrastructure and distributed via our existing VPN to all locations.

The app will have this and others:

1. Global news gathering from social media such as facebook, twitter, istangram and provide link analysis etc
2. Integrate API from third parties such as https://www.kdnuggets.com/software/social-network-analysis.html
3. Records of people with Biometric/Face Identifications readable from any terminals

Please DO NOT bid if you have not done cyber related jobs or Intel support apps before. This is for people that are directly into OSINT and Cyber warfare solutions. Marketers are not also expected to BID. I want to work directly with the developers.

Finally, Developers are to hand-over the source codes and every other related items to us. No third parties in between are permitted! Please do not bid if you are not into Cyber Warfare and OSINT solutions. i NEED ONLY ADVANCED GOVERNMENT solutions providers with past jobs records. References will be required.
