Online and social media marketing

Hi there!
I am in search of the perfect online and social media marketer. I have a small Irish based website www.uniquehomeandparty.ie in need of some very strong marketing in order to generate sales. I have two small children so unfortunately right now I don't have enough time to give the website the dedication that it needs, so hence why I am on the hunt for the person that can!
The desired applicant should posses the following;
A strong marketing background resulting in email signups and sales
Be professional
Reply to all corresspondance wthin a timely manner.

I am always also open to any suggestions that you may have to improve the website and its marketing strategy
