New retreat company needs help with social media strategy

We are starting to run nature-based retreats around London this year. They combine meditation, yoga, pilates, massage, and nature walks whilst glamping and can last one day up to one week. In two weeks our website will be complete and we need to start Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts from scratch, developing a social media strategy for the coming year and building up reach. I need someone who can work with me to develop that plan in the first instance and then delivering it over the following year. I'd prefer someone who has worked in this field before or is into these kind of retreats themselves. I like to see people's portfolios so if you have work that you can share that would be great.
