Maximise online social media presence

Hi,

I am looking to hire a person or an agency to maximise my company's online social media exposure. I have prepared few articles and videos to be posted and need someone with great strategies and techniques to market these materials. We are an online menswear start-up and never did any previous social media marketing before. This person/agency will assist me in the early stage (possibly few weeks or more)of social media marketing. I am currently have account with the following social media:

1. Facebook
2. Twitter
3. Googel+

If the person/agency has done a great job, it can develop into a long term project. If you are interested, please apply by stating:
1. Your expertise or experience in these social medias or any other media
2. Your measurement of success for online social media such as the number of likes on Facebook, the number of followers on twitter etc ..
