Marketing My Product

my site kimprojects.com\shop has two plugin (Autocad Plugins) need some boost in related groups, sites, forums and more.
looking for someone who can make this happen , only people with related experience with 10 or more positive feedback's.
i have google+ , facebook, twitter , and youtube channel for my business , they are all totally new and dont have connections there yet .
not sure what is the best way but if you think social media can be a useful way of promoting my products for sale , i would like to hear (i dont have any background in social networks so please describe your plans in details )
if you have any other idea beside social media im open for suggestion
my budget for beginning is. $100.
ofcourse any kind of marketing you choose should be legal and not against new google algorithm .
