Link building for PR and SEO purposes

We need to drum up awareness of a competition on a cricket website with an international audience. The competition closes 10th March so this work needs completing asap. We require the following:

Submitting our competition on competition websites e.g.

Posting a news article on press syndication websites
Posting to news websites
Posting new article on blogs and linking from blogs
Posting news article to specific interest user groups and communities
ALL ABOVE COMPLETED BY 5th MARCH

Sharing and RT of social media (facebook / twitter)
Sharing with specific user groups on facebook
ABOVE COMPLETED ALL THROUGH UNTIL DEADLINE 10TH MARCH

We will supply all content to be used including images.

We do not want any toxic links and we will be measuring this so no website with PR value of 0
We will require a list of all links generated and mentions via social etc.

Pls indicate how many sites you will submit to in each area and how you will report back.
