Instagram management and growth

Looking for someone to manage an Instagram account tied to a recently published book. It is aiming to build a community of female activists around the world. I'm struggling to find the time to dedicate to it, so would be looking for someone to spend a couple of hours each week posting (including stories), engaging with users and devising an organic growth/content strategy.

I am able to source content each week if needed, but would also be open to someone who is able to research activism/female-centric news, events and opportunities. Instagram handle is @resistersglobal for you to take a look.
