I need someone to increase my social media traffic and find my target audience

I have just launched a business selling vegan sweet treats. While I have set up Instagram, FB and Twitter accounts I have only really been gaining momentum and followers on Insta. I would like the other platforms to catch up, for them to all link up, match with the website and feed into each other. I would also like to seek out my target audience (foodie vegans) and direct them to my site with a view to purchase
