I need blog posts on fitness/health

I'm looking for someone who can write 3-4 blog posts per month, on the subject of fitness and health, with a particular focus on Zumba dance. We already have an idea of the types of topics we'd like the blogs to be written about to get you started, but the person we hire will also need to come up with ideas of their own.

Tone: friendly, upbeat, relatively informal, chatty, informative, knowledgeable.

Length: each blog post will need to be around 500 words.

Ideally, we'd like to be sent the blog posts monthly - so you'll need to write all 3 or 4 posts in one go, and send them to us for sign off, and continue to do this on a monthly basis.

We're looking for someone who works remotely, and who has a good knowledge of sports/health/fitness/lifestyle and can give us examples of what they're written before. We'd like to agree a fixed fee which will be paid on receipt of the blog posts each month. Please include in your proposal how much you would charge for 3 blog posts and 4 blog posts each month.
