I need advice on what are the best hashtags for my social media

I run a not for profit movement called 'Slow Selling' www.slow-selling.org

We get involved in discussions and run 2 groups on LinkedIn and facebook

We need to use hashtags that will get our material in front of the right audience.

Our audience is 'Leaders and owners of SMEs in the UK and US who want to continually increase sales and profitability without sacrificing principles or margin'.

I'd like some research and suggestions on what are the best hashtags to use to reach these people (and any other advice you think is relevant), on both LinkedIn and Facebook.

It's only a small project, but every little helps!
