    This looks like an interesting job. Can I just ask a quick question so that I can put together a comprehensive proposal?

    Are you simply looking for someone to pull a line out of the air based around wine? Or are you looking for someone to take the time to talk through this with you, find out your story and really consider your personal brand before coming up with a couple of options?

    Obviously both have benefits, with the firstly mainly being cheap and the second being vert specific and on point.
