I'm looking for an expert to run and grow my Instagram

My (lack of) success with Instagram doesn't reflect the success of my music so I'm looking for an expert to take over and grow my account. I‘m meeting with management (and potentially labels if I can get back to the studio in time) this year so I need my Instagram to look as if I know what I’m doing.

I've got a clear idea of the content I want to post going forward and I plan to collect content monthly/biweekly with a photographer, so that won't be a problem when the world goes back to normal. Instagram is by far my main concern. I’ve tried posting regularly and at the recommended times, using carefully researched hashtags etc. Nothing seems to work (this has been an ongoing struggle for 3+ years). I've tried but it's time for me to trust in someone who knows what they're doing.
