HELP WITH WELLNESS INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT

HI,

I'm looking for some help to organise my Instagram account.
In the future, I'll need assistance with my social to promote my new business.

The first task:

I have two accounts: I can only see one of these online, but need to see both to upload images etc for business.
The account situation is confusing and I would like an expert to help me get this right.

My own contacts don't know how to fix this, instagram help pages don't cover my situation.
Any help greatly appreciated!
