Grow our followers and generate leads

I am looking for a social media genius to help us grow our following over multiple platforms and generate leads.

The following are 'must haves':
- UK based and English as FIRST language
- Demonstrable social media management experience, if it's in further/adult education and/or charitable sector that would be amazing.

We are a UK based charity offering niche adult courses, venue hire and accommodation. I am looking for someone to work alongside me (marketing/comms manager) and use social media to create awareness of our organisation, increase followers and encourage website visits.

For the right person this will be an ongoing project. I have no fixed idea about budget, just wanting to work with someone who is creative and imaginative, likes a challenge and quick learner with good attention to detail.
