We run a small recruitment agency and are looking for advice on implementing SEO for the following:

Our own company website: www.juicehospitality.com
SEO marketing for individual roles we advertise on numerous job boards, our company website vacancy page, seo across social media (facebook etc).

Once you've had a look at the website and understand the type of people we are trying to attract (client and candidate) please can you put together a proposal based on what you suggest we do. How many hours per week you would need to do this and also your hourly rate.
