Advanced White Hat SEO for Online Editing Service

We're looking for someone great at SEO analysis and strategy building, building GOOD backlinks, keeping in line with white hat SEO practices and helping us rank better for our target keywords in google.

What we NEED / our GOALS:

- WHITE HAT! High PR (at least 6) inbound links (gov, edu, etc) that are REAL and customized
- Report of every single link
- Growth of our Squidoo, Tumblr, Pinterest accounts with quality content
- guest blog submission on quality websites of our PROVIDED articles. We have 20 or so ready to go w/ images
- Carefully considered links/comments on websites/directories that list Editing Services specifically (help sites for authors writing books, students writing dissertations, etc)
- Guidance in writing and submitting press releases
- Natural boost in Facebook likes, Twitter followers, Pinterest Followers, Google+ friends and strategy building for this
- Make sure EVERYTHING we do is google friendly and white hat, we have been penalized before and need to avoid that happening again at all cost!


What we DO NOT need…

- We have mature social media accounts setup and running (twitter, google+, Facebook, linked in, etc) so we don't need any "setup"
- We regularly use google analytics, Moz, opensiteexplorer and dozens of other analytic sites so unless you have a shiny new one to set us up with please don’t send these reports, we already use them!
- We already push/submit our blog articles to all main social platforms and digg, reddit, and stumble upon.
- We already have on-site SEO taken care of (for the most part) we are open to suggestions to improve but this is not our focus, building back links is our #1 priority, as this is where we are struggling against competitors.
- We don’t need any LOCAL SEO work done. We are a worldwide company and we don’t want google to think we are local. Our office is not even open to the public.
- We don’t need “search engine submission” or “directory submission” our website has been online since 2000 and we’ve already submitted to everything. Major points if you can get us on DMOZ though, for some reason we’ve never succeeded there.
