Website & Graphic Designer Needed and Social Media

I am seeking a graphic designer to create flyers, pamphlets, and webpage assets to promote upcoming community events.

The designer will develop both print and digital marketing collateral incorporating a consistent visual style aligned with our brands' aesthetic across social media.

Specifically, the work will involve designing a two-page printable flyer/pamphlet in A5 size to provide information about forthcoming projects. This will be made available as a downloadable PDF. The print version should integrate a QR code linking to an online booking/ticket page. Additionally, the designer will create a booking form hosted on a platform like Microsoft Forms where attendees can select sessions and submit contact details.

An events webpage will also be designed for inclusion on our site, creativegenies.org. This should have an engaging layout featuring event listings and descriptions. Integration of our social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok can help continue the visual storytelling across online channels.

The first event is scheduled for July 31, 2023 from 6-8pm. Going forward, there may be opportunities to refine the website's navigation, menus and overall user experience. Attention to graphic and web design fundamentals is essential along with strong written communication abilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strategic visual thinking tailored to community engagement.

Collaboration is valued to allow for feedback and adjustments as needed. The budget is negotiable and packaging.

I am also looking for someone who i can work on a few other projects with and improve the social media, visual and website appeal and content. Therefore, it is likely that for the right person, this work will be ongoing.
