• Take direction, communicate clearly, and align with the creative vision
What I’m Looking For:
• Proven experience editing short-form content that grows social channels
• Familiarity with trending effects, music, and captions on TikTok/IG
• Proficiency in your preferred editing software (e.g., Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve)

Hey Tyler,
Could you please address some of my concerns so that I can deliver exactly what you are looking for:
- For each platform (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), do you have a specific tone, pacing, or style reference you'd like me to maintain across your brand?
- Are there any creators or styles you particularly admire that I should study to match your vision (besides your own pages)?
- Do you want custom stylized captions (like MrBeast or Alex Hormozi style), or should they stay simple and platform-native (burned-in basic subtitles)?
- For podcast and street interview footage, will multitrack audio be available (for better noise control and leveling), or is audio baked into the video files?
- You mentioned trial-based rates with performance-linked raises — could you clarify what performance metrics will guide those decisions (e.g., engagement rate, view count, retention)?
Thank You!
