UGC & Influencer Outreach Assistant. Collabs for Beauty Brand

I’m looking for someone to manage UGC creator outreach for my eco-beauty brand, BareKind Beauty.

Your role will be to find and contact UK-based TikTok and Instagram creators (500–10,000 followers) who match our natural, minimalist beauty aesthetic and are open to gifted + commission-based collaborations.

You’ll:
– Research and shortlist creators who fit our brand vibe (eco-beauty, skincare, calm content)
– Message them directly to offer a free gifted product plus 10–15% commission on any sales they generate (we’ll handle tracking via Shopify Collabs or Amazon Associates)
– Confirm who’s interested and collect their details for gifting
– Track all conversations and results in a spreadsheet (name, handle, followers, response, address)

Goal:
Secure 10–15 confirmed creators per week who agree to gifted + commission-based collaborations.

Requirements:
– Experience in influencer or UGC outreach
– Comfortable messaging creators via TikTok and Instagram
– Clear communication in English

Ongoing weekly work if results are strong.
