Social Media setup & 50 uploads

I am a real estate agent and I require a freelancer to create and setup three social media platforms for me, FB, Twitter and Instagram.

I currently have none of these platforms, so the job will include, creating them, adding a simple bio for each of them and including contact details, cover photos etc. However, I do have a real estate website where you can simply copy & paste info & photos from to add to each platform.

From my real estate website, i want 50 properties copied and added to each platform. In addition, I want the upload dates of each property backdated, so each upload appears to be on a different date. I believe you can change the upload date on FB, but not sure if possible on Instagram or Twitter. Please confirm?
