Social media marketing assistance

I am looking to promote my short-term rental properties by creating a nice presence on social media platforms Instagram and Facebook. I would like to create a dozen of reusable postcard-like feeds that promote my brand and creates a stream of followers. I want to create short content where I showcase to my leads all they need to know about my properties and show them the experience they can live when renting my place.

If I will stand out from the crown I need nicely designed posts that attracts the attention of my lead
