Social Media Manager for Training Company in social care

I am looking for a social media manager for a client of mine in Scotland, who is a training provider in health and social care. He wants to appoint someone who will regularly manage his social media accounts on a monthly basis and can help promote his courses. Ideally, someone who has experience of this sector, and can offer a sensibly priced monthly fee for an agreed number of hours. Please provide evidence of social care knowledge. You will also be working with me as i roll out his marketing plan, so someone who is flexible, knowledgeable, based in the UK preferably, and good to work with.
