Social Media Expert Facebook & Instagram Accounts

I am in a real muddle.

I run 4 pages for different companies/friends and I have an old page (FB) that another person has taken control of.

I require someone to make all my active accounts link with the relevant fb/instagram pages and for any other meta profiles that have appeared (since a new person has taken over an old account) to be reduced.

Why is each page allocated to a different meta profile? I have several id’s and I need it simplified.

I would also like to verify my account on Facebook, but when I have tried this it only offers me the option to verify one page, but as I will be paying a premium for this verification I would like to use this across the maximum accounts I can ( I believe this is a min of two).

I am based in UK and need to regain control of these pages.
