Social media content creation and scheduling

I run a UK start up ecommerce store in the holistic health and wellbeing sector, my store sells both digital and physical products. My audience are people who are interested in yoga, reiki, fitness, nutrition, healing crystals, meditation, self care, natural remedies and holistic therapies therefore experience of, or an interest in these topics is preferred.

I am looking for someone to create content for Facebook and Instagram (Pinterest is a bonus) and schedule the posts on a weekly or monthly basis.

Please provide hourly rate and examples of previous work in your proposal.
