Are you a LinkedIn expert with a flair for creating engaging content? Do you thrive in the recruitment world and know how to build a compelling online presence? If you're passionate about social media, have a strong understanding of recruitment, and can create content that gets noticed—then we want YOU!
What You’ll Be Doing:
Creating and managing high-impact content for our LinkedIn and Facebook pages, adding that special recruitment touch. Designing eye-catching visuals on Canva that help our posts stand out in the crowded social media landscape. Developing and implementing a recruitment-focused social media strategy to attract both clients and candidates.
Collaborating closely with our Director to plan and execute a social media marketing plan, with 2-3 posts per day and a goal of having a month’s worth of content scheduled ahead of time .
Managing tasks through Asana and scheduling posts using cloud content tools.
What We’re Looking For: LinkedIn experience—you know how to optimize a company profile and create posts that build engagement and interest. A background in recruitment—you understand the importance of attracting the right talent and know how to convey that message through social media.
Proficiency with Canva, with the ability to design professional, attention-grabbing graphics.
A wordsmith with excellent communication skills, able to craft content that resonates with a diverse audience Experience in social media campaigns, with an eye for what works and what doesn’t, especially in the recruitment industry.
Ability to work independently but also collaborate seamlessly as part of our close-knit virtual team.
How the role looks practically - You will be given headline topics for our months content, a 30 minute meeting with our Director each month to agree strategy and post ideas
Use the existing content we already have and repurpose into valuable posts for our target audience
Create images and videos in Canva - Post content on Cloud Connect scheduler
Estimated time per month 10-12
Bonus Skills:
If you have experience in marketing, blog writing, or website support, we’ll have additional projects for you to flex your creative muscles!
