Social Media Advertising Manager – UK Property Sector

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Advertising Manager to create and manage a targeted advertising campaign for our growing property platform.

The main objective of the campaign is to attract UK-based estate agents, particularly those operating in London, and encourage them to register and create a free profile on our platform.

Campaign Objective

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering a paid social media advertising strategy aimed at onboarding at least 100 estate agents.

Key Responsibilities
Develop a bespoke paid social media advertising strategy.
Identify the most suitable platforms and advertising channels.
Create, launch and manage targeted advertising campaigns.
Target estate agents and property professionals across the UK, with a primary focus on London.
Monitor campaign performance and optimise advertisements to improve results.
Manage the advertising budget effectively.
Track registrations and report on campaign progress.
Work towards achieving the target of 100 completed estate agent profiles.

Proposal Requirements
