Social Advertising (esp facebook) / paid social consultant

I am looking for a genuine paid social consultant. Someone who can help us navigate the challenges we are having advertising at the moment with respect to Facebook especially.

I DO NOT WANT ANYONE OUTSIDE OF UK OR USA. I always get deluged with loads of applications from those in south Asia or pretending to be in the UK but clearly not Please don't waste our time.

I am looking for a long-term collaboration from an expert.
