Short-term Social Media Moderator

I'm looking for an experienced Short-term Social Media Moderator to help manage and maintain a safe, engaging social media presence.

What you'll do:
• Review and filter posts, comments, and messages to remove spam, hate speech, or inappropriate content
• Apply brand rules and community standards, hiding or reporting violations
• Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely, professional manner
• Identify negative trends, PR risks, or misinformation and escalate to the relevant team
• Track and report on moderation metrics (comments removed, sentiment trends, etc.)
• Block malicious profiles and scammers from interacting with the community
• Collaborate with the social media or marketing team to align with campaign goals
