Multiple social media platforms management

I have 2 Facebook (1 children's educational resources and 1 health and social care education and consultancy), 1 tiktok ( children's educational resources), 2 Twitter ( 1 children's educational resources and 1 health and social care edcation and consultancy)1 Instagram accounts (children's educational resources). I would like to obtain and grow my followers, engagement and also drive leads to the online shops, and would like to target the right audience. This is initially for 1 month, but could be long term depending on the results of the month. I also have 2 YouTube channels which is already being supported to build subscribers, but I would like these to link to the others if possible.
