Managing Social Media Pages for a Interior Decor Etsy Store

This is an ongoing job to manage Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and TikTok for my Vintage Interior Decor Etsy shop :)

You'll need to create posts with provided content for each platform, I'm looking for a long term assistant so please tell me as much about yourself as possible. Here's some in depth details:

Facebook & Instagram:
- 1 post a day consisting of provided images, videos and filler aesthetic images from Pinterest
- Adding product info via the listing to the social media post description
- You need to source filler images from pinterest to go in between product posts
- Ensure everything aesthetically fits together and can merge into another theme
- Managing advertising and budget
- Posting to stories and keeping highlights up to date (they're used as a mini product catalogue)
- Instagram post sales (haven't done one for a while but they're super straight forward)
- Handling messages

Pinterest
I haven’t touched Pinterest in over a year so there is some catching up to do, I’m also not sure if I’ve best optimised my pinterest, it currently gets a few decent views and still pulls in traffic so I know it has untapped potential. I only want someone who really knows what they are doing with pinterest, if you don’t then please be honest as I can hire a separate Pinterest manager!

TikTok
Uploading Reels from Instagram/FB to TikTok - Making sure audio won't be muted, choosing a different audio that fits the theme if you need to. Again I'm not so versed on TikTok, I have a few reels up there that have views and in the process of opening and linking my etsy store to a TikTok Shop - Untapped potential again.

Each month I'll provide a brief for you to work from, previously it has been 1 new aesthetic each month but I will be changing this to 2 aesthetics per yearly quarter so there is extra time to explore both and gives a longer merge period of the two. You'll be working with me based on feedback to finalise each quarter.

There are already a ton of products to already work from on the shop but I will also be providing last minute ad-hoc items that'll need to be added if they are absolutely fire for the current aesthetic.

Work needs to be completed a month ahead at minimum, you can work as far ahead as you please.
