Instagram Engagement & DM Assistant for Fitness Coach

I’m a UK-based Personal Trainer and online coach working predominantly with busy mums/women 35+.

I’m looking for someone to support my Instagram account with regular engagement and initial DM outreach.

This is NOT a high-volume/spammy cold-DM role. My brand is very personal, friendly and relatable, so I’m looking for someone who understands how to start genuine conversations and can learn my tone of voice.

The role will include:

* Engaging with relevant accounts before and after my posts go live
* Identifying potential followers/leads who genuinely fit my audience
* Sending initial DMs to appropriate new followers, engagers and potential leads
* Starting friendly, natural conversations without immediately trying to sell
* Following up appropriately where needed
* Keeping a simple record of activity/conversations
* Handing conversations over to me when they become coaching/enquiry related
* Working alongside my existing social-media assistant

The right person

Natural, conversational British English is extremely important to the role. My audience is predominantly UK-based busy mums, and I don’t want messages to feel scripted, overly salesy or like generic outreach.

Ideally you’ll have experience with Instagram engagement/DM setting, personal brands, online coaches, fitness/wellness or female-focused businesses.

UK-based applicants are preferred, although I’ll consider applicants elsewhere with excellent written English and a strong understanding of a UK audience.

I’d initially like to trial this for approximately 3–5 hours per week for 4 weeks, with the potential for ongoing work if it’s a good fit.
