I need someone to take over all aspects of marketing and media

Hello, I have a dating introduction website that is similar to seeking & AW, it is growing organically with no real social media or marketing , lots of uk and USA members but also in Africa.

I need someone to take over and get this website to the next level and talked about nationwide as the UK’s number introductions site.

Ideas are regular emails to users, talking to new members telling them what to do for more exposure , social media posts , ideas to monetise, media posts ,

The site needs a little bit of updating and works by our current developers at present also but sms communications also.
