I need someone to manage my Facebook, Instagram, website etc

I run a small pressure washing company and i am looking for assistance managing my Facebook business page, as well as my Instagram, website and all aspects of internet growth for my business. The website, Facebook and Instagram are up and running just need someone who can put time and creativity into it. I am also after someone with knowledge on getting my videos and website on top searches. I have got a £400 google ads credit if I spend £400 so will be an £800 budget to get the internet stuff off the ground! I need someone with local knowledge so this job is only for someone south of England.
